Seven engagements. The numbers, unrounded.

Every figure is a result I owned or produced myself — not a team total I stood near. Where the work was unpaid or speculative, it says so in amber.

Market Yourself — a growth function from zero to 165 closes

Strategy · Conversion · Follow-up system · 4 months

Contract

Built an entire growth function from zero — 165 signed customers in four months.

First growth hire, no infrastructure in place — so no way to know where leads were being lost until something existed to measure it. I built the whole engine — site, brand guide, analytics, paid framework, lifecycle and follow-up — inside four months. It produced signed customers, not a lead list.

Lead-to-close
5.5% on the webinar funnel specifically — 165 closes from it
Leads
1,000+ qualified across all channels over the 4 months; ~$95 of that was paid spend, the rest organic, content and referral

Land Republic — I built the pipeline and carried the number

Sales development · Content-led acquisition · 15 months

Full-time

Built the pipeline myself, then closed ₦62M+ (~$40K) of it.

The company didn't provide leads. The first months went into building the acquisition engine from scratch — content, paid, cold outreach, referrals, influencer partnerships — with nothing closing yet because there was no pipeline to close. Revenue started once that pipeline existed, closing deals with buyers who take three months to decide.

Creator funnel — 8% to 35% on the same traffic

Funnel strategy · Qualification · Behavioural email

Freelance

Same traffic, same budget — conversion went from 8% to 35%.

Diagnosed first: audited the full route from click to purchase and found the drop-off wasn't a traffic problem — it was where the page lost people once they'd already clicked. Rebuilt that route. No extra traffic and no extra budget, a different path through what was already arriving.

Property lead generation — four deals against a three-month cycle

Media buying · Audience mapping · 3 weeks

Freelance

Four deals closed in 21 days, against a market where the norm is three months.

A targeted campaign in a market where cost per lead sat above ₦500 and the average deal took about three months to close. It closed four in twenty-one days.

DTC fashion — 6x ROAS without more budget

Paid social · Audience restructuring · Creative strategy

Freelance

6x ROAS, with the budget completely unchanged.

Inherited a Meta account with poor return and diagnosed why before touching the budget: the audience was broad and the creative was promising something the product page didn't deliver. Rebuilt the audience architecture and realigned the creative with what the copy actually promised, rather than adding spend.

Affiliate client — 75% off cost per lead, and the leads still converted

Performance marketing · Funnel optimisation · 2 weeks

Freelance

Cost per lead cut 75% — and the leads that came in still converted.

Brought in to bring cost per lead down without wrecking what happened after the click. Both numbers moved the right way.

Lightforth & Excelmind — growth and product-marketing strategy

Growth audit · Positioning · Campaign framework

Spec work · unpaid

Unpaid spec work — a full growth audit and campaign framework for a software product.

Built as part of a product-marketing application, not a paid engagement — included to show how I think through a software growth problem. I audited both products, mapped ICP segments, found the gap between the promise and the experience, and proposed a campaign framework with sequences tied to activation milestones. Elements of it were implemented by the team.

Work with me

I don't ask you to take my word for it. I diagnose the constraint first.

I've done this unpaid, on products I don't work for, before I ever ask to be paid for it. This is the same diagnosis, on yours.

I go through your funnel as three different buyers, time how long it takes to reach the thing worth paying for, and count every step and retry along the way. Then I write up where the money stops.

  • Data gathered from actually using your product, not a screenshot review
  • The stage costing you the most, and the arithmetic behind it
  • Yours to keep and act on, whether or not you ever reply

If the constraint is worth fixing, we talk about that next — that's your call to make once you've seen the evidence, not mine to push.

What happens if there's a fix worth making

01

Diagnose

Identify the constraint — the specific stage where interest stops turning into revenue.

02

Quantify

Put a number on what it's actually costing you, so the fix can be judged against the cost of leaving it.

03

Fix

Implement the highest-impact change first — not everything at once.

04

Measure

Track whether the economics actually moved. If they didn't, that's data too.

Tell me where you think it stops.

Three questions. "I don't know" is a valid answer to the third one — working that out is the job.

  • A personal reply within 24 hours
  • A direct answer on where it stops, before any conversation about fixing it
  • A first read on the leak, free, whatever happens next
